Windows shell (cmd) and loops

FOR %t in (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)
DO FOR %g IN (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) DO ECHO %t %g

Hopefully I have never to use the windows shell again!
